Phoenix was born and grew up in Toronto. Phoenix was nominated for the AVN Best New Starlet award in 2004 and in 2005 won the AVN Female Performer of the Year award. She also won in 2005 the XRCO awards for Orgasmic Analist and Female Performer Of The Year.
