Tabitha Stevens (formerly Kelly Garrett, born February 16, 1970 in Long Island, New York) is an American pornographic actress. Stevens was active in the porn industry for ten years, appearing in more than two hundred adult films. She came to wider public notoriety with her appearances on The Howard Stern Show, and her openness about her numerous plastic surgeries. On her website she describes herself as a "plastic surgery junkie" and provides a list of the many procedures she has undergone:

On March 13, 2006, Stevens appeared on the Howard Stern Show promoting her first non-porno movie The Shaman. Stern responded by saying that it might be the worst movie ever made. It was partially improvised and featured High Pitch Eric in troll makeup. Stern Show writer Benjy Bronk was originally offered the part, however he declined.

On April 25, 2006, Stevens called the Stern Show to reveal that Stern's harsh opinion of the film, in part, caused her to retreat to rural Utah, where she has debated becoming an alpaca farmer.

In 2007, she was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame.

On March 27th, 2008, 3rd Degree (studio) announced Tabitha Stevens' return as a hardcore adult performer with a $5,000 blowjob scene in the upcoming Head Case #4. Stevens' scene is set to be filmed Friday, March 28th, 2008, breaking her near six year hiatus from hardcore film performance.
